Who we are
WorkBit is a UK tender support business. For any question about your information, email info@workbit.co.uk.
What we collect
- What you enter in the enquiry form: your full name, role or job title, phone number, email address, business name, business website and your enquiry.
- Anything you send us by email, including tender documents and evidence for a Bid Readiness Check.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider. We don't see or store your card details.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To find and brief tenders you've asked us about.
- To prepare a Tender Brief or Bid Readiness Check you've requested.
We rely on your request, and our legitimate interest in responding to it and doing the work you ask for. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How the form works
When you send the enquiry form, your details are sent securely to our email or our internal systems so we can reply. We don't publish enquiry content, and we only keep the logs needed to run the service and prevent spam.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for your enquiry and any work that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
